Bathroom paint job
We are very satisfied with how well the bathroom turned out. We had our bathtub, vanity, as well as wall tile that covered all the walls 4 feet off the floor. The technician Doug was very professional, doing an excellent job and going above and beyond to make sure the job went perfect.

We just had work done on our bathroom in a 100 year old (or more) home. The tile was lime green, the bath tub very porous and the counter tops had out of date colors on them. This refinishing job looks as if we replaced the tiles, the counter top and bought a new tub. The bathroom looks brand new! For just a fraction of the cost if we had replaced all those things! We are very pleased and delighted!!

I am very pleased with the counter refinishing Miracle Method did for us. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. The odor did not allow us to stay in the condo for quite a few hours, but the technician was correct in saying that after one hour the worst (off-gassing) is over. The only negative comment I have is that where they installed the bull nose I see a rippled surface. It is only noticeable when the light reflects off it.
I would definitley recommed this application to others.

This company sprayed over the entire ceramic tile floor in early November 2011. The job went fine except for the shower floor. It started peeling immediately after the first use. I called the Charlie, president of the Co. and he said they would fix it. After four attempts, they still have not fixed it and the suggestion was made by the technicia n that I need to get someone to put new ceramic tile in my shower floor. This would cost Me $200-#250. I think Miracle Method of Charlotte, N. C. should correctly complete this project, or pay for the new ceramic tile floor, or at least refund some of the money I paid them. I'm still waiting on a resolution from Miracle Method of Charlotte, N.C. Their work is supposed to be guranteed for 5 years, but the work they did for me did not last 5 weeks.

Miracle Method of Charlotte, NC reached an agreement with Mr. Hinson. The problem is not related to warranty work. His problem is due to a leak and Mr. Hinson has opted to take a refund for the shower pan refinish of $125.00 and he will have the floor tiled at his expense.
Robert and Miracle Method are great!
Robert resurfaced 7 tubs for my motel. Removing old vinyl inserts and adhesive was a challenge but he got the job done. Robert was a pleasure to deal with through out all phases of this project. He always returned calls and emails. He did what he said he was going to do and the quality of the workmanship was top notch. When a concern came up Ro bert was willing to take care of it. He was professional in everything he did. I have complete confidence that if we were ever to have problem in the future he would take care of it. He has earned my trust and respect!...

We would like to express our appreciation for the professional refinishing job that Tom Burac did on our tiles surrounding our bathtub. He updated our tiles to the new granite like finish and made it look like the "real" thing. We appreciated Tom's work as well as his punctuality. He came exactly as scheduled. What a great company to work with! From Amy at the showroom through Andrew the owner and estimator to Shawn the installer they were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. The service was outstandingly prompt -- the countertop was given an estimate one Friday and done in a day and a half early the following week. The installer said all that would happen, including a short span for strong smells to how the surface would deepen in color and cure. I cannot be happier with the result. The product is great and solved a dilemma about what to do to restore the kitchen and still maintain the original character of the craftsmanship. I highly recommend the company and its employees.
