The Problem

The tile floors and walls in the Philo Junior High School locker rooms and showers were outdated and had become nearly impossible to keep clean. The grout lines in the tile were damaged and collecting mold. Rather than completely replacing the tile, the school district turned to Miracle Method for a quicker, less costly, and beautiful solution.

During the school’s summer break, Miracle Method technicians started by expertly repairing any damaged tile and grout lines. Then, the surfaces were deep cleaned using our proprietary two-step process. Miracle Method’s Natural Accents® stone-look finishes were applied to completely seal the surfaces, and give the rooms a modern look. Miracle Method Gives Classroom Countertops a New, Modern Look

The Problem

The bright blue and neon orange countertops at Eagle Hills Elementary School were in desperate need of an upgrade. In addition, the laminate surfaces were broken, cracked and stained. West Ada School District needed a cost-effective alternative that could quickly update the appearance of the 60-year old classrooms over the students’ brief summer break.

The Miracle Method Solution

Miracle Method technicians thoroughly cleaned the countertop surfaces and made repairs to any missing pieces of Formica. The prepped and repaired countertops were then refinished in Natural Accents® stone-look finish for a modern, new upgrade. The project was completed by two Miracle Method technicians, returning all the classrooms back to service in just under three weeks. Summer renovations were completed under budget and ahead of the school district’s schedule.

Miracle Method Provides an Affordable Upgrade for Outdated Quarry Tile Floors

The Problem

The quarry tile floors at Etowah High School were long overdue for replacement as normal wear & tear had taken its toll. In many areas at the school, the floors were damaged and the maintenance crews found them increasingly difficult to keep clean. That’s when the school learned about Miracle Method’s surface refinishing process.

The Miracle Method Solution

Miracle Method scheduled the floor tile to be refinished during school breaks to avoid disruption to the students and staff. The technicians began by repairing any cracks and chips in the floor tile and also replacing damaged grout. Once the repair work was finished, they completely sealed the existing quarry tile and grout in a beautiful stone-look finish. The project was completed by applying a durable clear coat to the tile surfaces.
